Verbal reservation

After deciding to purchase a flat, we will reserve the flat selected by the client for 48 hours.

Reservation agreement

A Reservation Agreement valid until 31.1.2018 – payment of CZK 200,000 within three working days of the signing of the reservation. An additional payment to 10% of the overall amount within 30 days from signing.

Preliminary purchase contract

The purchasing party concludes a Preliminary Purchase Agreement valid until 30 April 2018 with the selling party and the purchasing party will pay a deposit in the amount of 10% of the purchase price within 3 working days following the signing of the Preliminary Purchase Contract.

Purchase contract

The purchasing party concludes a Purchase Contract with the selling party before the validity of the Preliminary Purchase Agreement expires or when called upon to do so.

Handover of flat

Expect handover of the flat no later than 5/2018, immediately after the entire purchase price is paid.
